About Namutoni Resort
Namutoni Resort offers a unique cultural and historical experience as it is centered around an old German Historic Fort dating back to 1897. Located in the eastern sector of Etosha National Park, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding African savannah and is exceptionally close to the popular Fisher's Pan, a prime location for birdwatchers.
The romantic fort structure features elevated walkways that offer stunning views over the floodlit King Nehale Waterhole, allowing guests to observe congregating wildlife from the safety and comfort of the camp. Guests can relax and socialize by the swimming pool, enjoy meals at the restaurant, or unwinding at the lounge bar.
Distances to Etosha Entrance Gates
Planning your safari routes and drive times between gates is essential to reach camp before sunset:

| King Nehale Gate | North | ~ 43 km | ~ 45 mins |
| Andersson Gate | South (near Okaukuejo) | ~ 180 km | ~ 3 hrs |

- 24 Double Rooms: Comfortable en-suite rooms for twin or double occupancy.
